Bella Brava Restaurant has rented space at the prime intersection of Beach Drive and Second Avenue Northeast in the former Cherie’s Eclectica space. Bella Brava plans a full renovation of what was formerly three separate spaces and will have indoor and outdoor café seating. The opening is schedule for late summer 2010. BELLA BRAVA ON THE MOVE

ST. PETERSBURG, FL (February 8, 2010) - Osprey Real Estate Services – North Bay, LLC announces the completion of a lease transaction for Bella Brava to move their restaurant to a prime new location on the northwest corner of Beach Drive and Second Avenue NE. Build out of the 4,000 square foot space (previously occupied by Cherie's Eklectica, Prudential Gower Realty, and Ambria's Gallery) will take approximately seven (7) months, with an anticipated opening in August.

Bella Brava opened six years ago on Central Avenue and maintains a loyal following of clientele. Their new location will seat up to 150 patrons inside and 60 outside with a bar area offering more tables than their current location. Bella Brava features a wood burning oven and plans on valet parking.

Beach Drive Associates, LLC partner Bill Bond says “It is the finest restaurant location in St. Petersburg and we are thrilled to have a restaurant the caliber of Bella Brava relocating to our property.”

PETERSBURG, FL (February 2, 2010) – Osprey Real Estate Services – North Bay, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of a 131,800 square foot manufacturing, warehouse and office building on approximately 5.5A of land located at 3001 Gateway Center Parkway in Pinellas Park’s Gateway Centre Business Park for $ 7,150,000 by Hunter Douglas Fabrication Company whose North American Headquarters is in Upper Saddle River, NJ.

Paula Clair Smith, CCIM, Commercial Broker Associate, was the seller’s representative that consummated the transaction on behalf of Hunter Douglas, an industry leader in energy-efficient, custom-made window treatments designed and assembled in the U.S.
